your details. Please ensure you fill in all the relevant information and for any of the
irrelevant fields please mention “NA” without which you would not be able to submit the forms.
- First page is Personal Details followed by NDA, PF form, Gratuity, Form 11, BGV form and documents upload form.
- All the forms are mandatory.
- Kindly upload all the documents as requested on the last page. (max limit : 2 MB per document)
- While uploading the signatures and photograph please take care of the size limit. (size limit : 100KB or less)
- Kindly mention your employee Id on every form.
